FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

How to choose a suitable Micro SD card?

To ensure normal recording, please choose a genuine Micro SD card that supports up to 512GB of storage. You must use a high-speed card that meets the C10, U3 and above standards (read speed 100Mb/s, write speed 60Mb/s and above). Make sure the card is genuine to avoid abnormal recording due to counterfeit products. In addition, do not plug or unplug the Micro SD card when the system is turned on to avoid damaging the card.

Why can't the video or photo function be used normally?

First check whether the Micro SD card has been correctly inserted and format the Micro SD card if necessary. If the problem persists after formatting, reinsert the Micro SD card or replace it with a new one. If multiple attempts do not work, it is recommended to check whether the specifications of the memory card meet the C10, U3 and above standards.

What should I do if the front and rear cameras cannot display?

1.Check whether the camera cable connection is loose or damaged.
2.If only one camera does not display, try to swap the camera for testing. For example: Connect the front (F) camera to the rear (R) interface. If the rear camera still cannot display, it means that there is a problem with the camera itself and a new camera needs to be replaced.
3.If both the front (F) and rear (R) cameras cannot display, please check the cable connections thoroughly.

How to solve the problem of stripes or interference in the video?

Check the spark plug model of the motorcycle. It is recommended to use R-level resistor spark plugs to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Ensure that the camera line is smooth, avoid bending or tying the line too tightly, and ensure that there is a certain gap between the line and the car body.
Avoid direct contact between the line and high-interference components, such as the engine or other electronic components.

Great combination of advanced technology and durability

This motorcycle dash cam is a high-performance device designed to enhance rider safety and convenience. Its dual-camera system features a 2K front camera and a 1080p rear camera, ensuring clear, detailed recordings from both perspectives. Key safety features include an integrated GPS navigation system to log routes and speeds, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) that provides real-time tire health updates. Additionally, its IP67 waterproof design makes it highly durable, capable of withstanding rain and dust. With 128GB of built-in eMMC storage, this dash cam eliminates the need for external SD cards, offering faster and more secure data storage.

Great Dash Cam System

This kit was very simple to install. The hardest part was running the wires. You just install the cameras where you want them and then run the wires to the control panel. You then connect the wires to the battery. If you have an ACC port, you can connect the third wire to that so the power is cut off when the bike is off. If not, you can connect that wire to the positive post on the bike also. However, the unit will not shut off when the bike is off. There is an on/off button on the control panel, though. The screen is pretty small, but very clear and bright. I don’t have the screen set to show the front camera because it takes up ¼ of the screen and I would rather see what’s behind me more clearly. The unit automatically records both the front and rear cameras when you turn it on. I’ve noticed that the cameras will start recording by themselves a short time after I manually stop recording. You can add a micro SD card up to 512GB, but the onboard 128gb seems to be plenty. It will record over the oldest data when full. It has a G-sensor that will protect the footage from being overwritten in the event of a crash. Some of the settings I could only find on the app, switching camera views, for example. Connecting to the app requires a bit of effort. You have to turn on the Wi-Fi on the display panel, then connect your mobile device to that network. Then you can connect with the app. After you’re done on the app, you have to turn off the Wi-Fi on the camera display before exiting the settings. I really like this system and it displays a ton of information. However, something this involved really needs a detailed user’s manual. What comes with it is pretty basic.
