Replacement for Damaged Products
If your produce is found to be broken within 30 days of receiving it, we will gladly ship out a replacement for you. Please contact us via email at hfk@hfkadv.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.
Replacement for Damaged Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged during transit, we will promptly send out a replacement for you. Please contact us via email at hfk@hfkadv.com with your order information and images of the damaged package.
From the date of purchase on, all cameras are covered by 1 year warranty, all accessories are covered by 6 months warranty.
